Cancellation terms vary by season
Off Peak (October to March)
• Standard guests may cancel up to 1 week before arrival without penalty
• Cancellations within 1 week of arrival incur a charge of 1 night's room rate
• Large parties may cancel up to 2 weeks before arrival without penalty
• Large party cancellations within 2 weeks incur 50% of scheduled stay cost
• No-shows are charged the full stay cost
• Cancellations within 1 day of arrival incur full stay cost
On Peak (April to September)
• Standard guests may cancel up to 2 weeks before arrival without penalty
• Cancellations within 2 weeks of arrival incur a charge of 1 night's room rate
• Large parties may cancel up to 1 month before arrival without penalty
• Large party cancellations within 1 month incur 50% of scheduled stay cost
• No-shows are charged the full stay cost
• Cancellations within 2 days of arrival incur full stay cost
