House rules
A few simple guidelines to make your stay — and everyone else's — as comfortable as possible.
To ensure a comfortable stay for all, please follow these simple house rules.
Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in is available from 4:00pm onwards, with the flexibility to arrive at any time using our convenient self check-in service. We kindly ask that guests check out by 11:00am on the day of departure. If you need alternative arrangements, please do get in touch in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours run from 10:00pm to 7:00am — please be considerate of other guests staying with us during this time.
Smoking
The Roost is strictly non-smoking indoors. A designated smoking area is available just outside.
Pets
A well-behaved dog is welcome in Room 1 — The Maran and Room 7 — The Padovana, our two standard double rooms. Please notify us in advance and keep dogs on a lead in common areas.
Damage & Cleanliness
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. Please keep rooms and common areas clean and tidy.
Parking
A large pay-and-display car park is very close to the hotel. There is also High Street overnight parking.
